In order to reset the radio or restore factory defaults in the Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger UConnect system, you need to first get to the secret engineering dashboard. Perform a hard reset in the phone by removing the battery (if removable - see your phone's owner's manual). I ended up disconnecting the negative battery terminal, and the nav and carplay came back but it obviously reset all the settings.

This will wipe all of your personal settings and take it back to factory default.
