2013 Jeep Blend Door Actuator. One click off max heat, no noise. A blend door actuator is made up of an electric motor that turns a plastic gear set in one direction or another which is connected to an air control door pivot at the final drive of the unit.
I get a ratcheting clicking noise if I put the heat all the way to hot.
I don't want to put this back together only to find something is not working.
