I don't think the jack can hold the weight of jacking the truck on the chassis, but I think it may be enough to jack up on the arms to lift the tire off the ground. Damn thing tipped over when I was jacking it up on a flat surface, thank god I had stands and bottle jacks supporting it at other points. Including destination charge, it arrives with a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail.

Keep in mind I assume we're talking a floor jack and properly chocked wheels on a solid surface. The scissor jack in the pic posted is a death trap! For the front axle, place the jack on the body flange just behind the front tire as indicated by the triangular lift point symbol on the sill molding.
